The details behind the numbers
Is there a minimum contract?
Plans run month to month after an initial 12-month term. Onboarding is a one-off fee based on the size and state of your environment.
What counts as a user?
Any person with a mailbox or a managed device. Shared kiosks, meeting rooms and service accounts are not billed as users.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes — 7% from 25 users, 12% from 50 users and 18% from 100 users, applied automatically to your monthly total.
What about hardware and licensing?
Microsoft 365, hardware and third-party licensing are billed at cost. We never mark them up without telling you.
